Expansion Plan for the Daily Prophet

In an effort to make the Daily Prophet an interactive tool for the classroom, we have developed a plan to invite many more people to become columnists of the Daily Prophet, to experience the feeling of accomplishment when their work is published in an online newspaper. This new tool will be an invaluable resource for teachers, parents, homeschoolers, and children, as they incorporate the latest technology, with the most basic of skills; reading and writing. Literacy is an imperative part of growth, and sadly, many of the youth today are below grade level in their reading abilities. By combining reading and writing skills, we can teach children to appreciate the world of literature by helping them dive right into it. By engrossing them in the world of creative writing, they'll experience the written word in a way unlike any other.
